Sztem szivizom spect. Stress = pl. dobutamin terhelés hatására a fokozott munkának már nem tud eleget tenni egy szűk coronaria. Igy az érintett terület vérellátása csökken. Nyugalomban még elegendő a koszorusér által biztosított vérmennyiség.
