<description>Thank You Roland for bringing this to our readers and I wish you great success with this unique journal concept. I will certainly look more into it, and write a post on it!

		<description>Andras,
as the developer of www.RadiologySearch.net, which was mentioned in this article, I think the following might be also interesting for your readers:
In July 2008, a new generation of scientific journals was launched - the Journal of Radiology Case Reports.
I don&#039;t want to go into detail right now (if wished I can write more about it), however, it is the first and only one of its kind which offers interactive display of articles, similar as used at your imaging workstation (windowing and scrolling through stacks etc.). This journal is primarily focussed on Radiology case reports and everybody worldwide is invited to submit valid and authentic articles. The articles are fully citable and receive a DOI number.
The second issue of the journal just came out and already in its third month of existence it gained tremendous popularity (2-3 manuscript submissions a day).

I would appreciate if you could make your readers also aware of this unique project.

Thank you and best regards,
Roland Talanow, MD, PhD
Editor-in-Chief

		<description>Thank You ,Rex!
Even though the website you submitted is not a search engine, it is still a very valuable resource for Radiologists. I will write a post about it next. Do you know more sources like that one with a wealth of diagnostic imaging pictures?
Please, let me know!

<description>Don&#039;t forget http://www.mypacs.net -- the largest repository of online radiology images (over 80,000) submitted by thousands of radiologists. Images are organized into clinical cases and indexed by anatomy and pathology. Images are displayed in the browser in a PACS-like case viewer (using Flash and Javascript) that includes zoom/pan, window/level, etc.</description>
